Your Questions Answered

Do i need experience?

No experience is needed at all. Our classes are designed with complete beginners in mind, as well as those who may have tried yoga before. You’ll be guided step by step through each session, with options and adjustments offered throughout so you can feel comfortable and confident from your very first class.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely and stretch easily. Leggings, joggers, and a vest or t shirt all work perfectly. There’s no need for specialist clothing or anything expensive, just something you feel relaxed and comfortable in.

Do I need to bring a mat?

No, you don’t need to bring a mat. We will provide you with your own yoga mat to use during your trial class so you can simply turn up and enjoy your session.

Once you become a member, you’ll receive your own yoga mat to keep as part of your membership, so you’re fully equipped for your ongoing practice.

Am I fit enough?

Absolutely. Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Yoga is about working with your own body, not against it, and everything can be adapted to suit you. Whether you’re completely new to exercise or already active, you’ll be supported to work at a pace that feels right for you.

How long are the classes?

Our classes are 60 minutes long, giving you the perfect amount of time to move, stretch, and relax without feeling rushed. Each session is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.

What if I’m nervous about starting?

That’s completely normal, and you are not alone. Many of our members felt the same before their first class. Our instructors are friendly, supportive, and experienced in helping beginners feel comfortable, so you’ll be guided every step of the way.
